About

California Beerzine is a new monthly webzine. Started in July 2008, we strive to educate consumers on all the amazing beers coming out of California, and promote all aspects of craft beer. To get in touch, visit out Contact page.

California is home to some great beer bloggers. In order to bring them all together in one place, we host the California Beer Blog Aggregator, a good jumping off point for discovering new websites dedicated to good beer in your area.

We are also a great resource for Californians looking to get into the beer industry. Check out our California Beer Job Engine, which scans the interwebs for new beer-related job postings. Employers can also post new jobs right here on the site.

Keep up to date with all your local beer happenings on our Events page.

Soon, the California Beer Forums will be up and running as well.

    Thanks for another chance to read about good beer but you couldn’t find anything to talk about other than Russian River? Yeah I know Vinnie is an awesome brewer and RR are putting out great beers but to devote 2 out of the first 5 articles and a RR pic on another seems to me to be a slap in the face for all the hard working California brewers that day in and day out strive to make California the focus of good beer and trendsetting.
    I will cross my fingers and hope that Issue #2 will be a little more adventurous with it’s coverage.

    @Beer Questions -
    Thanks for stopping by and scouring the site. Yes, maybe we are a little RR heavy at the moment, but hey, Russian River is pretty hot right now. Keep checking back!

    I think Vinnie is doing a pretty good job at trendsetting and putting California on the map. But that doesn’t take anything away from all the other hardworking brewers. If your brewery starts making beers as good as his, I would love to devote 2 articles to you!

    Cheers,
    Ed
